We are available for bookings 7 Days a week, 9am to 7pm.
If you are a new client, click here you will be able to select the type of service/date/time you would like, fill out your contact information and create an account for easier scheduling next visit.
If you are an existing client, access the Main page and click on the person icon in the upper right, click SIGN IN; input your email and password, click on the HOME - BOOK SERVICES link and select the type of service/date/time from the available time slots.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, E-Transfers and cash. Payment is due on, or before the day of our first scheduled visit.
No, our charges are for each visit, however we strongly advise to book additional time if there are more than two cats in your home so thay we may provide the level of care your cats deserve.
Yes, any bookings that fall on any the days listed below will incur an additional $10.00 charge. total fee.
48 hours notice for all cancellations, anything less will incur a $25.00 cancellation charge.
Fortunately, this will never happen when you hire Sarnia Cat Care. We have a team of highly trained cat sitters who can be there at a moment’s notice to step in and care for your cat(s).
Should an emergency arise, we will make every attempt to contact you or your emergency contact. Should we be unable to reach you or you emergency contact, we will contact the veterinarian as provided by you for directions. If unable to reach your veterinarian and your pet requires medical intervention, we will bring them to the closest emergency clinic.
Note: All veterinarian costs incurred are your responsibility. We request that prior to the start of your scheduled booking, you make arrangements to leave your credit card information on file with your veterinarian and your local emergency clinic. Any trips made to a veterinary or emergency clinic will incur additonal fees. Please refer to the Terms of Service Page.
Absolutely, we are very experienced in the 'talent' administering medication to cats per veterinarian instructions. Just ensure that there is a sufficient amount of medication for your cat prior to the start of your scheduled booking.
Note: Should we need to contact your veterinarian to obtain additional medication, you are responsible for the cost of the medication and any veterinarian fees in additional to a 'trip fee'. Pleaser refer to the Terms of Service Page.
No, we do not require cats remaining in their own home to be up to date on their vaccinations. However, as pet caregivers, we strongly suggest that all pet owners discuss a health and wellness plan for each of their cats with their veterinarian to minimize the risk of illness or medical emergency.
Note: If, during the course of the Initial Consultation, we observe any medical concerns about your cat(s), we reserve the right to request you to book a veterinary exam prior to us confirming services.
Sorry, but our caregivers will not enter homes where fleas are present. We take great pride and care in keeping all our clients pets happy and healthy, and will not risk spreading fleas to other households.
Note: Should we come across evidence of any fleas in your home or on your cat(s) while you are away, we will immediately bring your cat(s) to a veterinarian for proper treatment. Under no circumstances will we provide flea treatment with over the counter medications obtained from pet stores. These products are highly toxic to animals and can be fatal.
Any such trips made to a veterinary or emergency clinic will and additional fee. Pleaser refer to the Terms of Service Page.
Once our initial consultation is complete and you wish to proceed with scheduling a booking, you will be required to provide a set of keys/passcode/fobs/security codes that will permit us to safely gain access to your home to tend to your cat(s).
Note: Any keys/passcode/fobs will be held in a secured lockbox with no personal information to identify/associate them to your or your home address.
Sorry, but absolutely not. We strive to provide the best level of care and in the safest possible manner and have been witness to what may occur should a cat be permitted to go outside in a yard. Nor will will permit a cat under our care to go out onto a balcony.
Yes, Sarnia Cat Care Inc. is fully bonded and insured through PROfur. Additionally, all our employees have undergone a criminal background check to give you further peace of mind.
