Emergency Visits (including presence of fleas) will incur a $60.00 fee for the first hour*or less. Should the visit extend pass 60 minutes, you will be charged and additional $10.00 for each additional 30 minute interval, plus mileage (.55/km) should the clinic be outside our service area. We will not leave your cat's side, unless directed by the healthcare professional.
All visits to your cats Veterinarian to obtain medication will incur an additinal fee of $30.00.
We request that prior to the start of your scheduled booking, you make arrangements to leave your credit card information on file with your veterinarian and your local emergency clinic.
All service rates are subject to HST.

We requre access to all Client's homes in order to perform the requested services. As such, any access codes, keys, door control information or any other means of entry of access to Client's home, Sarnia Cat Care Inc. hereby agrees to maintain the privacy of all such information and not to share it with anyone, and return all such information and access devices to the Client at the end of their service contract/agreement.
The duration of a all services is typcially a fixed-term, which lasts as long as the pet owner is away and/or and requires the services. Alternatively, the term of the agreement can be indefinite for pet owners that require a pet-care provider on a daily or continual basis.
All payments are due in full prior to the commencement of the service requested, with the exception of the Initial Consultation, which is due at time of the consultation.

Only pet owner(s) may enter into an agreement with Sarnia Cat Care. All signatories must be at least of majority age (Ontario - 18 years of age).
The general law of contracts applies to Pet Care Services Contracts and Agrements as well as animal welfare legislation, which requires that animals be treated with care.
